Stephen acquired the Stoke on Trent practice of Heatons in October 2005. He deals with a number of businesses and private individuals and his specialism's include wills, estate administration and tax planning. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family and two children, he is a keen rugby and football fan as well as spending time on the golf course. |

Suzi studied at Staffordshire University and joined the firm in June 2006 as their first trainee. She has now completed her training contract and joined Stephen in the Wills and Probate Department. She specialises in the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and applications to the Court of Protection as well as estate administration. She has recently returned to work following the birth of her daughter. |

Dermot studied law at Staffordshire University with Stephen Myers and joined the firm in 1999, having lived in the area since he was a boy. He is head of litigation and business services Dermot lives locally with Sue and their son James. He enjoys playing golf, cooking and watching rugby. |

Young, dynamic and forward thinking are three reasons why Tim wanted to join the practice in October 2006. He has moved to Burslem from Shrewsbury to be part of the litigation team. This rising star showed his potential early by winning the Calcott Price award for the best legal dissertation from Aberystwyth University. |
