Kerry is an effective and organised residential property lawyer with vast experience in all aspects of property law. She regularly advises clients about residential conveyancing, leasehold interests, shared ownership schemes, plot purchases, repossession purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Kerry joined Myers & Co in May 2011 to lead the residential conveyancing department. She already had considerable experience in residential conveyancing, having worked in law firms in Staffordshire for 20 years and has dedicated her working life to legal practice.


Kerry lives with her husband and two daughters in Newcastle-under-Lyme.  In her spare time, Kerry likes to keep fit and she is an avid football fan.  Kerry enjoys relaxing by spending time with her family.
Kerry was a mentor for law students at Staffordshire University as part of their Mentor Visitor Scheme.
