In the light of the government’s latest announcement, I would like to reassure our clients and contacts that, despite these unprecedented times, we are still hard at work providing legal advice to you and handling your instructions. Our contingency plans are robust and have been proved to be effective since the last lockdown commenced. We have made changes to ensure that we can continue to provide you with the high quality services you expect from us. We have appropriate measures in place to minimise the risk to you and our staff and we are, of course, following Government guidelines.
Our main reception number of 01782 577000 will be answered if you need to talk to any member of our team, and all emails sent to firstname.lastname@example.org will be responded to.
For those clients already working with us, where you have an 01782 direct extension for your team member these have been diverted to their homes if they are not in the office, so please feel free to dial them directly.
Unfortunately, we are not able to meet Clients in the office at the moment. We are happy to liaise by phone, and meet with you via video conferencing. Speak to your team member to agree whatever suits you best.
Health & safety risk assessment
All solicitors are obliged to undertake identity checks on new clients to prevent money laundering. We will write to you when you instruct us to let you know what identification documents we will need to see, which you can copy and send to us through the post or by email. We use electronic verification to confirm that documents are genuine.
