I would like to reassure our clients and contacts that, despite these unprecedented times, we are still hard at work dealing with existing matters and also with new instructions. Our contingency plans are robust and have been proved to be effective over the last few weeks. We have made changes to ensure that we can continue to provide you with the high quality services you expect from us. We have appropriate measures in place to minimise the risk to you and our staff and we are, of course, following Government guidelines.
We love meeting our Clients, but sadly face to face meetings are not possible at the moment. To help keep our colleagues and Clients safe, and in alignment with Government advice, our offices remain closed, so please do not visit us! But you can still contact us by phone or e-mail.
Our main reception number of 01782 577000 will be answered if you need to talk to any member of our team, and all emails sent to email@example.com will be responded to. For those clients already working with us, where you have an 01782 direct extension to your team member these have been diverted to their homes where they are helping clients so please feel free to dial the extension you have.
Our offices are checked daily for any post you might have sent us, so please do not worry that it might be sitting on our doormat with nobody taking care of it. It will be collected and your team member will have all the information they need to progress your matter. We know that the lock down continues to affect different people in different ways, especially employers, employees and home buyers and sellers. You may also have concerns about your will or whether you need a power of attorney, or there are unpaid debts due to you or your company. We always look to innovate to make life easier for our Clients, so you no longer need to visit our offices as part of our anti-money laundering protocols. We will accept scanned copies or good quality photos of your identification documents, provided they contain sufficient information to allow us to use electronic verification.
We are closely monitoring all Government advisories and all Public Health England announcements and we will continue to do what is necessary to look after our colleagues and our clients during this difficult period. We are continuing to review the position in the light of emerging public health information, and as soon as the government releases any information about easing the lock down I will let you know how we will respond.
