Richard is an experienced commercial property solicitor. He is well regarded in his field and has a good working knowledge of the local market, having previously worked in a Stoke-on-Trent firm for over four years.

Richard provides sound, pragmatic legal advice on all types of property transactions, coupled with a keen commercial eye. His clients range from first-time landlords to experienced developers of commercial and industrial units.

Personal

In his spare time Richard enjoys theatre, cinema, food and music. He is also a keen football fan but will not admit which team he supports. He also enjoyed hands-on property restoration and even has a bricklaying qualification. One of Richard’s main regrets is unsuccessfully entering a “Win A Tractor” raffle. He often wonders what his life would be like now if he had won.
