Having worked at Pronto for over a decade, Lisa’s journey from kitchen assistant to owner is a true testament to her dedication and passion for the business. When the opportunity arose to take over from retiring owner Carole Walsh, Lisa seized it with both hands, determined to build on the deli’s strong foundations while bringing her own fresh ideas to the table.
