As a business, it is important to clearly set out on what terms you are buying or selling your goods or services. The best way to do this is by preparing a written document setting out the terms on which you are willing to buy or sell your goods or services. Doing this will reduce the risk of potential dispute in the future.
Do you already have a set of terms and conditions which you use every day? When were they last reviewed? Some areas of law have changed considerably. Your terms and conditions might now be out of date and therefore might not protect you as much as they could.
The commercial law team at Myers & Co will review your terms and conditions free of charge and advise you on what needs updating (if anything) and the cost for making the changes.
If you buy or sell goods or services to businesses or consumers and do not have a written document setting out your terms, please also contact Joanna for a chat about your requirements.
