Lauren specialises in commercial property transactions, such as sales and purchases of commercial properties, leases and lease renewals, licenses and assignments and lease variations. She has worked for a wide range of clients, advising individuals, businesses, property developers and commercial landlords and tenants.
Lauren also has experience assisting the residential property team with more complicated property matters such as deeds of easement, reconstitution of title deeds, adverse possession applications, overage deeds and residential lease extensions.

Personal
Away from work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as baking, reading and long walks with her dog.
